Hi, we're Kevin and Dean, and together we own and operate A1 Commercial Cleaning in Hamilton.
A1 Commercial Cleaning is not a franchise operation. I own and run this business for my clients. This means we are not some faceless company just employing poorly skilled staff on minimum wages where you are never sure if the same person is going to clean your office twice. We are a family run business that has been working in Hamilton for over 15 years.
Cleaning And The Environment
Cleaning products do not have the best of reputations when it comes to the environment. It is strange that an operation that is meant to improve the quality of our lives often has a detrimental effect on not only the wide environment, but also in the very area we are meant to be cleaning.
Due to this we have a policy of using only products we know to be safe for humans and safe for the environment.
Health & Safety
We have a full health and safety policy in place that is also in practice. Our staff are trained in the correct use of all the products we use and the machinery we operate. We do not just give people a mop and let them loose in your office! We have procedures in place to ensure your work is conducted systematically and effectively.
Occasionally we do have to use more harsh and dangerous products, some things cannot be cleaned and sanitised in any other way. But when we do need to do this we take extra measures with regards to environmental and public safety.
We clean, we don't just clean what can be seen. Where possible we select products that leave no residual odour. It might seem nice to have lemon scent or fresh flower smell in your bathroom, but we know that if an area is clean, it doesn't smell. So why use scented products. If the job is done right and properly, there is no smell.
